Although I am very good at developing new initiatives and enhancing processes, I also firmly believe in measuring that performance. I am a highly organised and detail oriented person that gets a "buzz" from increasing sales and pushing beyond normal expectations.

Given the right tools and resources I excel at being given goals and surpassing them. Working as part of a team, also means ensuring the staff around you are also given what they need to achieve. Depending upon what metrics are used to guage success, I firmly believe it can be measured!
